Subscription Fees
You shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorize Countingwell (and its payment processors)
to debit your bank account or charge your credit card or online wallet, as stated on your subscription
and billing page.
Cancellations and Refunds
All Countingwell plans include a 10-day free trial. This trial period offers you the
opportunity to try out the Countingwell app. After this trial period and upon making a payment to
initiate a subscription no refunds will be issued.
It is your responsibility to evaluate Countingwell, including its features, limitations, and system
requirements by making use of the trial period before activating a subscription by making a payment.
Your paid subscription begins upon making a payment. You may choose to make a payment prior to
completion of your free trial period.
The subscription generally expires on 30th April of every year. This date may change on the basis of
changes in academic calendar of the respective board and class you have subscribed to. Please check this
page for any changes in the subscription schedule.
Once you initiate a subscription by making a payment, you may cancel the subscription anytime. A
cancellation request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to cancellations@countingwell.com.
Countingwell does not offer refunds for cancelled subscriptions irrespective of when it is cancelled. If
you decide to cancel before the term of your subscription is up then you will be billed for the
remaining period on your subscription, and will still have access to its benefits until it expires,
after which the subscription will not be renewed unless you choose to make a new subscription.
